Workshops and facilitated spaces for clarity, reflection, and momentum.
I design and lead small, intentional group experiences where people can slow down, think out loud, and move forward together without pressure.
What these workshops are
These workshops aren’t about being taught what to do. They’re about creating space to reflect, ask better questions, and reconnect with what actually matters.
Each session is designed to be conversational, grounded, and practical. You’ll leave with clarity you can carry into the rest of your life, not another system you feel pressured to maintain.
Some workshops are one-time sessions. Others happen regularly. All of them are built around shared reflection, accountability, and intentional forward movement.
Reflect, Refine, Rise
Reflect, Refine, Rise is a weekly accountability and reflection space held at Radio Coffee in Austin.
It’s a place to pause, take stock of where you are, and think intentionally about the week ahead. There’s no fixing, no posturing, and no requirement to have answers.
People come to:
- Reflect on what’s working and what isn’t
- Name priorities without overwhelm
- Set small, realistic intentions for the week
- Feel less alone in the process
You can come once, or you can come regularly. Both are welcome.
How facilitation works
Facilitation is different from teaching or coaching. My role isn’t to give answers, but to hold space, guide conversation, and help people hear themselves more clearly.
That usually looks like a mix of quiet reflection, guided prompts, and open conversation. The group becomes part of the clarity-building process.
No one is put on the spot. You share what feels right for you.
These workshops tend to resonate with people who…
- Want space to think without being rushed
- Value reflection as much as action
- Are tired of productivity hype
- Appreciate thoughtful conversation
- Want accountability that feels human
What to expect
- Small groups
- Clear structure with room to breathe
- Thoughtful prompts
- No pressure to perform
You don’t need to prepare. You don’t need to speak if you don’t want to. Just show up.
