This is not a “rah-rah” motivational seminar. This is an intensive session where we hit pause on the noise to get grounded. You will work through the physical Future You Method workbook to move from guesswork to clarity.

We use Top-Down Alignment to ensure your daily hours serve your weekly goals, which serve your quarterly quests, which fulfill your life vision.

What We Will Build Together

During this intensive, you will move through the three core phases of the Alignment Cycle:

1. The Audit: Gathering the Gold

  • Play Detective: We’ll look at your timeline and camera roll to see where your time and energy actually went.
  • Identify the Drains: Pinpoint the repeated commitments and patterns that consistently leave you feeling exhausted or scattered.

2. The Diagnostic: The Aligned Wheel

  • Find “The Gap”: Use the Aligned Wheel to move beyond basic “balance.”
  • Friction Identification: Identify the specific friction points where your current reality is out of sync with who your Future You needs you to be.

3. The Architecture: Main Quests & MVRs

  • 90-Day Main Quests: Turn vague resolutions into strategic, measurable “Quests” with a 3-month execution roadmap.
  • Survival Mode (MVRs): Define your Minimum Viable Routines—the absolute bare minimum you commit to so you don’t break the chain when life gets messy.
  • Identity Statements: Rewrite your internal script to anchor your new habits in identity rather than fleeting willpower.
