A few things worth knowing.
I’m a life design coach based in Austin, Texas.
I completed my Co-Active coaching foundations training and I’m working toward full certification. I also facilitate a weekly accountability and reflection community called Reflect, Refine, Rise.
Before I was a coach, I spent years in enterprise IT — managing products, running rollouts, wrangling stakeholders. I’m still doing that. I don’t pretend otherwise.
What that background gave me: I know what it’s like to be capable and competent and still not sure what you’re actually building toward.
How I ended up here
I’m someone who carries a lot.
A full-time job. A photography business. A coaching practice. A son I love. A community I’m invested in.
For a long time, I kept moving without stopping to ask whether I was moving in the right direction. When I finally stopped, I realized I’d been optimizing for the wrong thing.
Coaching was how I got honest with myself. That’s what I want to offer other people — not answers, but a real space to figure it out.
What I believe
Clarity doesn’t come from thinking harder. It comes from slowing down long enough to hear yourself.
Most people I work with aren’t stuck because they don’t know enough. They’re stuck because they haven’t had space to think.
I believe in small, honest steps. In building a life that fits who you actually are. In the idea that a meaningful life is constructed intentionally, imperfectly, and one decision at a time.
